The Khoshbin Company is a privately held commercial real estate company that specializes in the acquisition, management, and repositioning of Class A and Class B industrial, retail, and office properties.
After 30 years in the industry and having accumulated over 2 million square feet of real estate, The Khoshbin Company actively utilizes its extensive understanding of market trends as it continues to capitalize on value-add opportunities throughout the country. Although historically khoshbin has been a family office, we have syndicated few recent asset acquisitions with successful exit.
About Founder
The Khoshbin Company’s founder Manuchehr “Manny” Khoshbin has dedicated himself to real estate investing, particularly in distressed markets. The key to Mr. Khoshbin’s success has been his timing and talent of acquiring the right asset, in the right market, at the right time.
